Our Financial Strategy outlines how we will manage our finances over the next ten years. It sets out our general approach and principles that we will follow, and provides a guide to assess spending proposals.
The Strategy includes limits on rates levels, rates rises and borrowing, and aims to promote financial stability and affordability over the short, medium and long-term.
