Annual Residents' Survey
Our resident surveys are one way in which we get the views and opinions of our community on the programmes and services we provide - such as water, roading and our library.
Since 2019/20, Key Research has been undertaking the survey and analysis on our behalf. Residents are randomly selected from the electoral roll, with 4000 invitations sent out across four time points over the year. We aim to receive back at least 800 responses.
