Event Management Templates
Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA), event organisers have a duty of care to ensure that no one is harmed as a result of their event. There are a number of helpful Event Health & Safety Plan templates available online to support you in developing a plan tailored to your specific event.
Once you have completed the templates, submit them via email to the Events Team. Please quote the Event Permit application number on the email.
This initiates the application process. These documents need to be submitted at least 4 weeks before your intended event date. For events requiring road closures, you must allow 10 weeks.
