New toilets on the way for Mayfield Domain

Contractors are about to begin work on new public toilet facilities at the Mayfield Domain.
The old concrete building is to be demolished and replaced with a modern four-cubicle toilet block, and the project should be complete in about a month.
Temporary portaloos are onsite at the entrance to the domain, off Arundel Rakaia Gorge Road, so visitors and travellers will still be able to make a pit stop.
Security fences are being put up around the old toilets to create a safe work zone.
