Trees to be removed and replaced on McMillan Street, Methven

McMillan Street residents in Methven will start seeing work happening in their neighbourhood from tomorrow (19 May) as the Council begins removing the unhealthy prunus trees along the street.
The trees' health has deteriorated recently, and the Council will be replacing them with new trees at a later date.
Letters were sent to nearby residents earlier this month to notify of the upcoming work. It's expected to take two days to complete.
Residents needing to contact the arborist when work starts can reach them on 0800 559 255.
