​Council has a variety of ways you can obtain information about Council-related matters.

Official Information Requests

Any individual, group or organisation can request information held by Council. Requests for official information may be written or verbal and Council must answer requests for information within 20 working days.

All requests for information are considered to be made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) and the Privacy Act 1993; however, you do not have to state that you are making a request under an Act.
