Whether your experience was positive or there’s something we could improve, we encourage you to share your thoughts with us through our Visitor Experience Form. Your insights help us celebrate wat we’re doing well and improve where needed.
What Happens With Your Feedback?
When you submit a Visitor Experience Form, your feedback is taken seriously and handled with care. Here's how the process works:
- We Receive Your Feedback: As soon as you submit the Visitor Experience Form, our Customer Service team reviews it and makes sure it’s passed on to the right people.
- It Goes to the Right Team: Your feedback is shared with the manager or team responsible for the area you’ve commented on. This helps us make sure your message is seen by those who can take action.
- We Take a Closer Look: Whether you’ve shared a compliment, suggestion, or concern, the team will look into it carefully. If something needs fixing or improving, we’ll work out the best way to do that.
- We May Get in Touch: If you’ve asked for a follow-up or raised an issue that needs more information, someone from our team may contact you to chat further or let you know what’s being done.
- Your Feedback Helps Us Improve: Every piece of feedback, good or bad, helps us learn, grow, and make our spaces better for everyone. We use it to celebrate great service, improve facilities, and make changes where needed.
