e.g Speaker, cutting ribbon, awards presentation, guest only
Is the Mayor invited with a partner?
e.g Chains, Black-tie event etc.
If the Mayor is unavailable would you like the Deputy Mayor or a Councillor to attend instead?
Is the Mayor required to make a speech?
