Board class is coming to Ashburton and it’s set to make waves at the EA

20 August, they’ll be able to try Aqua Board for free.
Facility Manager Steven Prescott says the Aqua Board class will be a full body
workout suitable for people of all fitness levels.

during the free trial hour from 7.00pm to 8.00pm and test your ability to stay
upright on the boards while working up a sweat.”
Board involves a mixture of high intensity and yoga-inspired exercises. Unlike
traditional bodyweight workouts on dry land, participants have to complete the
exercises while also balancing their weight on the boards. This targets core
and stabilising muscles which helps with posture, balance and coordination.

free trial – Aqua Board could be the exercise that pushes you further or kick
starts your fitness journey.”
