Further Submissions Invited
Proposed Plan Change 6 to the District Plan was publicly notified and the submission period closed on 24 June 2008. All decisions requested have now been summarised.
In accordance with Clause 7, Part 1 of the 1st Schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991, the summary of all submissions on Proposed Plan Change 6 to the Ashburton District Plan and the submissions themselves, are now available for inspection during normal office hours at
- Ashburton District Council, 5 Baring Square West, Ashburton
- Ashburton Library, Rakaia Mobil Garage and the Methven I-Site during opening hours

Anyone may make a further submission, either supporting or opposing the decisions requested in the submissions. The further submission must be made in the prescribed form (Form 6), which is available from the Council office.
The closing date for further submissions is 11 August 2008, and must be received by the Council at 5 Baring Square West, Ashburton, or be sent to:
