Notification of availability of summary of all decisions requested in submissions on Proposed Plan Change 10 to the Ashburton District Plan
A Proposed Plan change to the District Plan on Areas of Significant Nature Conservation Value was publicly notified on 12th August 2009.
The submission period has now closed and the decisions requested have been summarised.
In accordance with Clause 7, Part 1 of the First Schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991, the Council wishes to publicly notify that a summary of all decisions requested by persons making submissions on the Proposed Plan Change and the submissions themselves are now available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council’s offices, 5 Baring Square West, Ashburton.
Anyone may make a further submission, either in support or opposition to the decisions requested in the submissions. The further submission must be made on the prescribed form, which is available from the Council. The form, summary document and copies of submissions are available to download from this webpage.
Further Submissions must be lodged at the Council’s offices (by post: 5 Baring Square West, Ashburton or PO Box 94 Ashburton; Email: marks@adc.govt.nz; or Facsimile: (03) 308 1836 to the attention of Mark Stevenson) no later than 19th October 2009 and must state whether or not you wish to be heard on your further submission.
A copy of the further submission must also be served on the person who made the original submission to which it relates within 5 working days of lodging the further submission.
