
Summary
Council resolved to adopt decisions and recommendations on the proposed District Plan on 31 October 2012. (Read The Media Release). These decisions and recommendations were released to the public on 14 November 2012. View the Public Notice associated with release of decisions.

Current Status
The Ashburton District Plan is now referred to as the "Partly Operative Proposed District Plan" and Council has released its decisions on submissions on the Plan. A number of appeals have been recieved in relation to those decisions and these are discussed below.
