These records are available for viewing during Council office hours, 8.30am – 5pm except Thursday 9am – 5pm.

As the material may take some time to retrieve please contact the council at least 1 business day before you would like to view the records. As facilities for viewing are somewhat limited it is important to contact the Archives Officer, phone 307-7718, as soon as possible.

Council staff can provide photocopies of requested material but there are set fees for this service. The scale of fees can be viewed by clicking Fees & Charges:Administration.

Access to some of ADC’s archival material can be restricted in order to protect personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information and because of the age and fragility of some of the material it is sometimes not possible to provide photocopies, the Archives Officer can advise on this.
