Employment Opportunities

Ashburton

Our district truly is a land of surprising contrasts ranging from a wild coastal fringe through the patchwork of the fertile Canterbury Plains, the foothills of the Southern Alps and onto the rugged grandeur of the high country and the Alps themselves.

Our district continues to grow in population, economically, services and infrastructure. We proudly retain our local rural character, yet have opened our arms to diversity and all nationalities; together forming a much stronger & vibrant community.

The Ashburton District can offer you work & lifestyle diversity and a family friendly community, whilst still being only minutes away from an International Airport. If public service and playing a part in preserving and enhancing our amazing district for future generations is important to you, we would like to hear from you.

If the below vacancies are not in your area of expertise, please feel free to send in an application of interest – containing a CV & Cover letter to hr@adc.govt.nz, so we can contact you when a suitable position arises.
