Please do not post cash.
Receipts will not be issued to cheques received by mail unless requested.
Direct Credit or Automatic Payment
Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit your budget.
Unlike other methods of payments you will need to change payment amounts if circumstances change.
Don’t forget to use your rates account number as a reference.
Telephone Banking or Internet Banking
Instalments can be paid electronically via telephone banking or internet banking.
You will need to specify your rates account number as the reference.
Direct Debit (Rates Easypay)
Rate payments can be made by direct debit from your bank account either monthly or by instalment.
Payments will be adjusted automatically each time the rates change without you having to contact your bank. We will write to you in advance letting you know of any changes and you will still receive your rates invoice for your records.
