Minutes means any minutes or other record of the proceedings of any meeting of Council, its Committees and Subcommittees and the Community Board.

The minutes provide an accurate record of the nature of the meeting and record the decisions made and the resolutions adopted.

Minutes are indexed and stored as a permanent record in Council's Minute Book and are also available electronically.  Members of the public are entitled to inspect these at any time.
