The Council has a six week cycle of meetings.  Council and the three Standing Committee meetings are held on Thursdays in the Council Chamber on the second floor of the Administration Building.  The Environmental Services Committee and the Operations Committee will meet on the same afternoon, commencing at 1.30pm with Environmental Services, followed by the Operations Committee meeting.

The Methven Community Board meets on Mondays in the Methven Heritage Centre Board Room, Main Street, Methven.

Unless otherwise advertised all meetings commence at 1:30 pm and are open to the public. Copies of agendas are available prior to the meetings.
