Ashburton District Council Fees and Charges – 2008/2009
Ashburton District Council’s fees and charges for the 2008-2009 year take effect from 1 July 2008.
All fees are fixed fees, unless stated as a minimum charge and charged at time and cost (T/C).
All fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Please note: While Council has aimed to provide a complete and accurate schedule of charges, if any errors or omissions are identified, charges will be calculated by reference to the appropriate underlying authority / resolution. Council reserves the right to vary and introduce fees and charges at its discretion.

When the cost of receiving and processing a Building Consent and related processes exceeds the stated fee (minimum charge) the Council may recover all additional costs on a time charge basis.(1)
