Draft Annual Plan 2008/ 09
Ashburton District Council adopted its draft Annual Plan 2008/ 09 on 10 April 2008 for the purpose of community consultation. The draft Annual Plan 2008/ 09 details Council’s proposed work programme and funding sources for the coming year. The Annual plan also highlights significant changes in Council’s budget and work programme for the 2008/ 09 from those detailed in the Ashburton District Community Plan 2006-2016.
Council now seeks community feedback and input on the proposals. Feedback should be by way of a written submission to Council that gives your comments on proposals and may include alternative suggestions. You may also wish to present your submission to Council in person, giving an opportunity for you to expand on your written submission. If you wish to present your submission in person please indicate this on the submission form accompanying your written submission.
