Community Plan
Council produces a long term Council and community plan (LTCCP), or community plan, every three years. The plan explains what Council proposes to do over the coming ten years, with the first three years in detail and the following seven years based on the best information currently available.
The community plan provides information on the following:
Annual Plan
In years when Council does not produce a Community Plan, an Annual Plan is prepared to provide an update of proposed actions and expenditure for the coming year for each of its activities. The Annual Plan provides up-to-date budgets and details on specific areas of work Council has committed to undertake in the coming year.
