Riverside Sports Centre Concept Design Approved
The concept design for the Riverside Sports Centre has been approved by Council.
Mayor, Angus McKay says "Council is excited by the concept design" and encourages residents to provide feedback on the proposed facility.
The concept design features an indoor aquatic centre with four pool spaces, a four court indoor stadium, a fitness centre and cafe/public areas.
Leisure planning consultants SGL and designers Architecture HDT have worked with user groups, community representatives, Council and the Ashburton Stadium Complex Trust to develop a concept design that best meets our community's current and future needs.
